I have a BSc (first-class honours) and a Diploma in Environment and Development from the UK's Open University and an MA in Mass Communications from Leicester University (Centr for Mass Communications Research, UK). I recently taught Communications and Media Studies at the International University Geneva as adjunct professor and took a PhD (magna cum laude, awarded August 2004) at the European Graduate School (www.egs.edu) in Media and Communications.
In addition for the past 25 years, I have been a communications consultant for a number of international organizations, including the World
Economic Forum and International Chamber of Commerce, the UNCTAD/WTO International Trade Centre, the Swiss Science Council's magazine

I have certificates in Web design for educational purposes with XML (University of Geneva, December 2004), CSS and Javascript (Virtual University, December 2005), as well as many others from online education sites about web and programming issues.
